For larger orders please allow a couple of extra days for dispatch
Once your item has been dispatched we have no control over how long it will take. During busy periods Hermes may take longer to deliver.
We do not guarantee any delivery times and cannot count a parcel missing until 15 working days from dispatch. However, if your parcel doesn't arrive when expected please email email@example.com with your order details and we will assist you as best we can,
Once Hermes tracking shows your parcel is delivered we can no longer accept responsibility. If your parcel is marked delivered but you don't think it has been please process a lost parcel claim with Hermes direct via their website.
Parcels returned to us due to non collection from your local pick up or unable to deliver after a card has been put through your door will not be refunded.
Collection will be from Northamptonshire NN7 postcode. Please only select this option if you are able to collect the order within 48hrs of your fulfilment email being sent.
Any orders uncollected will unfortunately not be refunded.
