In the unlikely event of a faulty or unsatisfactory product being received, a refund or replacement will be issued (please note some products are non refundable as per their individual descriptions)
Please ensure you provide photographic evidence of the product, showing the fault. These can be emailed to email@example.com
All original packaging would also be required, it has details of the batch code for the product, and is essential this number is relayed back, in the event that further investigation into the fault is required.
All the above will need to be received before any refunds or replacements can be issued.
Postage will not be covered by the company unless they have requested the item to be returned due to it being faulty or damaged.
